Position A


This individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build and work with a cohesive team who are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

As the organization grows, they may eventually lead part of the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable other team members. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving purposeful agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. Prospecting for leads daily, closing those leads to appointments, closing for agreements, and then conducting a high-level fiduciary needs analysis are expected areas of performance. At that point, he/she communicates the desired criteria by reporting back to the lead agent.

Working with the team and the lead agent, properties that meet the established criteria are selected and this person drives the clients to the homes/land/etc, then refines the criteria and closes for contract offers. At that point, they negotiate the offer, write the contract, and oversee the deal through its close. 

This person should be able to successfully show homes/land/etc to around 3 – 4 buyers a month minimum, and he/she earns commission on each closing.  They must have an active TN real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role.

Demonstrating a commitment to learning and striving for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues are performance requirements. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

Additionally, he/she will be eager to earn the right to use their license as a lead buyer specialist. They are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next.
